Job Purpose
As a Client Accommodation Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the commercial ownership of inbound client enquiries and the delivery of accurate, timely and commercially robust accommodation selections that secure bookings and protect margin.
You will:
- Respond quickly and proactively within agreed SLAs, maintaining speed and accuracy
- Understand client preferences, pressures and booking behaviours
- Deliver efficient, tailored solutions that build trust and drive retention
- Develop strong relationships with our property partners
- Negotiate competitive rates, favourable terms and availability to meet client needs while protecting margin
- Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain and Guest Care teams to support account growth and ensure a seamless booking journey
- Take ownership of the solution, the relationship at booking stage, and the booking outcome
