Our aim is to give every customer an exceptional experience through warm hospitality, authentic Sicilian food and an unrivalled focus on quality. We believe a business cannot succeed without both happy customers and happy staff.
We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead one of our Cambridge venues.
The Role

- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the venue.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, waste and stock rotation.
- Ensure all operational checks, records and compliance paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor sales, labour, waste and other key performance indicators, taking action where improvements are required.
- Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to continually improve the venue’s performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve problems confidently and professionally.
- Report maintenance, staffing and operational issues promptly and follow them through to resolution.
- Lead team meetings and support the introduction of new systems, procedures and menu items.
- Support other Aromi venues when reasonably required.
About You
