ROTATING SHIFT PATTER - 6:00AM –2PM, 2PM-10PM
This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment throughout the factory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BRC site rules and company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and packing areas.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE in line with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in the correct designated areas.
- Complete cleaning schedules and records accurately.
- Report any hygiene, safety or maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Support the business in maintaining audit-ready standards at all times.
Requirements :
- Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Would enjoy working in a fast paced physical manufacturing environment distributing quality, food safe products for customers
- Feels comfortable working in a factory environment which can be dusty and noisy, with varied temperatures
- Have the ability to perform a variety of physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Must have positive can do attitude
- Enjoy being organised & part of a small team
- Will require to work on rotating shift pattern 6:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
- Possible weekend (Saturday) shift work during busy periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.43-£13.71 per hour
