Dental Nurse – Full-Time
Location: 17 Dental, Guildford Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm Pay: £13–£16 per hour (DOE) Start Date: ASAP
17 Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. Our current Head Nurse is leaving to begin university training in Dental Hygiene & Therapy, so we’re seeking a reliable, caring nurse who wants long-term stability in a modern, well-established practice.
Responsibilities
- Chairside support for general dentistry, oral surgery, and implant treatments
- Decontamination and sterilisation duties
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical documentation
- Supporting clinicians to ensure smooth, efficient patient care
Requirements
- GDC registered (or currently registering)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Level 2 Safeguarding (preferred)
- In-date BLS certificate (preferred)
- Experience in oral surgery/implants is an advantage
- Professional, caring approach with a focus on patient wellbeing
