Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver to join our team in the GB area. As a key member of our home care services, you will help clients maintain their independence by delivering high-quality personal support and assistance in their daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in the supported living schemes.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and their families.
- Ensure safety and comfort during all interactions.
- Document care provided accurately and promptly.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or willingness to learn extra care services.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel between client locations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
- Prior experience working in a care home is advantageous but not essential.
