Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Working Site Manager to lead and oversee construction or operational sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols. As the driving force behind daily site activities, you will ensure seamless communication among stakeholders and deliver exceptional results that align with project goals and timelines. Your expertise in management and supervising will be vital in creating a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed to specification.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Monitor progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and the wider project team to ensure effective communication.
- Manage site documentation, RAMS, and daily/weekly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- SMSTS (or equivalent), CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
- Full UK driving licence.
