TikTok Content Creator & Brand Face
About the Role
We are a fast-growing FMCG distribution and retail business looking for a TikTok Content Creator to become the face of our brand across TikTok and other social platforms.
This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who loves being on camera, understands viral content, and wants to play a key part in growing a TikTok Shop and social presence from the inside.
You will be responsible for creating engaging video content, live streaming daily, and adapting content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, high-energy TikTok content daily
- Be confident and natural as the on-camera face of the business
- Host 2–3 hours of TikTok LIVE streaming per day
- Create platform-specific content for:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos (short-form & live clips)
- Manage and help grow our TikTok Shop account
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats
- Work closely with the team on content planning, campaigns, and launches
- Maintain strong attention to detail in content, captions, and product presentation

- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
Working Hours
- Core company hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility available depending on marketing activity, live streaming schedules, and campaigns

Location
This is an on-site role based in Leicester (Thurmaston).

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
