Role: PR and Communications Executive
Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in the Oxfordshire office, with occasional travel to London and USA.
David Harber Ltd are multi-award-winning, internationally renowned designers of luxury sculptures, sundials and water features whose works have graced some of the world’s most prestigious addresses.
Each artwork is hand crafted at our design studio and workshop in Oxfordshire, England. About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, creative and self-motivated PR & Communications Executive to help deliver our PR, communications and content strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will coordinate activity across email marketing, social media, PR, photography and content production, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the David Harber brand and supports our commercial objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Design, you will help shape our monthly content plan, bringing together campaign ideas, editorial opportunities and creative storytelling. You will then coordinate its delivery across all communications channels, working with freelance specialists, PR agencies and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, to a consistently high standard and in line with our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing content calendar, supporting monthly planning meetings and ensuring agreed content is delivered across all channels.
- Coordinate customer email marketing campaigns, working with our freelance marketing resource on copy, design, audience segmentation, testing and performance reporting.
- Oversee social media activity, working with freelance specialists to brief, review and deliver engaging, on-brand content.
- Coordinate UK PR activity, working with agencies, journalists and media partners to maximise brand exposure and editorial opportunities.
- Work with US PR agencies and partners to identify opportunities for reaching our US audience.
- Support PR activity across Europe and other international markets to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Coordinate photography and content creation projects, maintaining the image library and ensuring high-quality marketing assets are available across all channels.
- Monitor campaign performance across email, PR and social media, producing regular reports and insights to improve results.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Design and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support exhibitions, events, brochures and wider marketing projects, ensuring consistency of brand presentation across every customer touchpoint.
About You
You will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or PR role, ideally within a luxury, premium or design-led brand.
- A creative mind for both visual and written presentations.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems and social media management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with external agencies, photographers and creative suppliers.
- Confident building relationships with journalists, designers, agencies and creative partners.
- A passion for luxury brands, design and exceptional storytelling.
