- Negotiate with customers to close sales while ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled activities are completed on time during events
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales data accurately for follow-up purposes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and achieve collective goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, with an energetic and positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner
- Basic IT skills for data entry, reporting, and using event management tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving ability preferred for traveling between event locations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or negotiation is a plus but not required
