Applicants would be subject to 6 months training to include all retail store responsibilities. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet all day and handle heavy lifting. A good level of physical fitness and a passion for active work are essential. Regular weekends and bank holidays are required to meet business needs, so please do not apply if you can't work weekends. We can offer rates of pay well above the industry average following completion of a successful trial period, a long-term career in retail as well as plenty of opportunities to advance into retail management. The starting rate of this role is between £14 and £17 which is equivalent to between £29,000- £35,000 per year. Holiday is pro rata based on days worked – approx. 28 days per year.
