As part of our continued growth, we are seeking GMC-registered doctors with a passionate interest in hormone health and preventative medicine to join our expanding remote clinical team.
The Role
We are looking for experienced doctors with a special interest in Men's Health (TRT), Women's Health (HRT), and preventative healthcare.
This is a fully remote telehealth role offering flexible sessional work that integrates seamlessly around your existing NHS or private practice commitments.
You will manage patients throughout their treatment journey—from initial assessment and blood panel interpretation to prescribing, optimization, and ongoing monitoring. You will work within a highly supportive, clinically governed environment alongside an efficient administrative and operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultations: Conduct high-quality virtual consultations for patients seeking TRT or HRT support.
- Diagnostics: Review and interpret complex blood test panels, medical histories, and symptom profiles.
- Treatment Planning: Formulate personalized, evidence-based treatment protocols (including injectable TRT, transdermal therapies, and supportive optimization options) aligned with BSSM, BMS, and NICE guidelines.
- Patient Reporting: Produce clear, patient-friendly clinical reports and recommendations based on blood findings.
- Monitoring: Provide ongoing follow-up care, safely adjusting dosages while tracking treatment efficacy and potential side effects.
- Governance: Maintain accurate clinical records using our internal EMR system and uphold strict standards of clinical safety.
RequirementsEssential:
- Full GMC registration with a current licence to practise.
- UK-based with post-qualification clinical experience.
- Background in General Practice, Endocrinology, Men’s/Women’s Health, or relevant clinical settings.
- Strong interest in hormone optimization and preventative medicine.
- Confident with digital healthcare platforms and remote video consultations.
Desirable:
- Direct experience in prescribing/managing TRT, HRT, or menopause protocols.
- Familiarity with weight management protocols and GLP-1 therapies.
- MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., BSSM, British Menopause Society).
- Experience working within a CQC-regulated digital health environment.
