Summary
This role as a Front of House Supervisor is vital in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in leading our front-of-house team and uphold the hotel's reputation for warmth and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Serve customers and support front-of-house staff in the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assit with reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new team members and foster a positive team environment.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in hospitality or hotel settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
- Experience in restaurant and hotel operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.
- Previous experience with food preparation or culinary activities is advantageous.
