Fairytale Farm is a family attraction near Chipping Norton that welcomes around 100,000 visitors a year. We have a large variety of friendly farm animals and our visitors can enjoy both indoor and outdoor play as well as our Alice in Wonderland ride.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated.
Duties will include:
- Routine maintenance of all aspects of the site.
- New build projects, ranging from fencing to new attractions to timber frame buildings.
- Carpentry
- Bricklaying
- Basic groundwork
- Basic Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Operating our Alice in Wonderland ride for short periods.
Experience in these areas preferred.
Applicants must:
- Be adaptable and hands on
- Enthusiastic about Fairytale Farm and improving the site
- Have good communication skills and time management
- Have good knowledge of Health & Safety (Ideally some training in this, but not essential as we can organise training)
- Have some management experience and be able to manage a small team
- oversee contractors and projects
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours/week.
