Job Summary:

Duties:
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained
- Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proficient supervising, coaching, and training staff
- Experience in bartending is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
