What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Promoting an inclusive setting where every child feels respected, confident, and encouraged
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (SVQ3)
- HNC Childhood Practice or an equivalent qualification
- Applications from Level 2 (SVQ2) practitioners are also welcome
- Around one year's experience in an early years setting is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
- A caring, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
