An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Practitioner to join our highly regarded Complex Behaviour Team (COBE) within the Virtual School and Inclusion Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join this innovative team to provide a high-quality service and support to children with complex needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to empower parents and carers with the skills to support their children with a range of needs to promote the child's development and support family functioning.
This rewarding role offers the chance to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with complex needs, learning disabilities and needs that challenge. Working alongside families, schools and partner agencies, you will help children and young people achieve positive outcomes through practical intervention, coaching, training and personalised support.
