❤ Who We Are: We’re a small but mighty care company supporting young adults with learning disabilities in cosy, family-style homes across East Devon (including Newton Poppleford). ❤ What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Changing Lives):
You’ll work 1:1 or 2:1 with amazing young people aged 17–50 to help them build confidence, independence, and real-life skills like:
- Shopping, budgeting & meal planning ❤
- Getting back into education or starting work ❤
- Tackling anxiety & growing self-belief ❤
- Enjoying activities in the community ❤
- Building trust, friendships & positive routines ❤
No personal care involved for some placements — just company, kindness, and emotional support with a bit of administration and household tasks thrown in!
