We are seeking reliable and self-motivated Self-Employed Domestic Cleaners to join Clean Team Manchester.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, school-hour work with regular clients and consistent weekly hours. You will be working in private homes, delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
No previous professional cleaning experience is required, as full paid training is provided over a 2-week period.
This is a self-employed position, giving you flexibility over your schedule while working with regular, pre-booked clients.
Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough domestic cleaning in clients’ homes
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all required areas
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to a high standard
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly (all provided)
- Follow cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality
- Ensure client homes are cleaned to a professional standard every visit
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns to management
- Provide a respectful, trustworthy, and professional service in clients’ homes
Experience & Skills
- No experience required – full training provided
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Comfortable working in private homes
Working Pattern
This role is designed around school hours, typically Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–2:30pm, with flexibility where possible. There is also potential to increase hours over time as your client base grows.
Pay: £14.21 per hour
