Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, catering, and service throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Barista experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to organise junior staff
- Help with rotas
- Experience of stock check and ordering
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
