As a Room Attendant/Housekeeping, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guests apartments and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will use your core skills in hotel experience and hospitality to deliver exceptional service. As a passionate ambassador of this aparthotel, you will be responsible for the effective implementation of high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Be able to clean an apartment in accordance to hotel standards and procedures in the standard time. Cleanliness is one of the most important features a hotel can offer its guests.
This position also includes Supervisor training to cover holidays/sickness as and when required, obtaining Supervisor salary for the hours/days covered. If you are interested in taking more responsibilities and work to your full potential, this position is for you!
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in the apartments to a high standard.
- Time management to comply with standard time schedule.
- Perform laundry duties to keep bedding and towels records in an efficient manner.
- Make appropriate use of equipment and personal protective equipment.
- Ensure effective communication between yourself, the team & Head Housekeeper.
- To maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience in a hotel housekeeping role, demonstrating attention to detail and cleanliness (Essential). Applications with no hotel experience will not be considered.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely room turnover
- Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage techniques
Pay: £12.71-£13.30 per hour
