We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Data entry using various software programmes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Supporting other administrative functions such as ordering supplies and managing office inventory
- Providing general support to staff and visitors to ensure a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software programmes or procedures as required
