Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Sales Support professional to join our team. We are a small, well-established finance brokerage helping individuals and businesses secure funding for vehicles, machinery, equipment & other commercial projects across the UK. As a result of continued growth, we are now looking to add the right person to the team based at our new premises at Bowcliffe Hall, Bramham.
This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your administrative and sales support skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks. You will be a key point of contact for lenders, suppliers & customers so strong computer literacy, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role is office based and although working independently will be required from time to time, the ability to work as part of a team is also important.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer correspondence
- Supporting customers, lenders and suppliers throughout the payout process
- Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems
- Liaise with lenders, dealerships, suppliers and customers to obtain documentation and progress applications
- Assist with finance agreement administration, payouts and post completion support
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independantly and as part of a team
- Confidence using computer systems, email and microsoft office applications
Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
