We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ware that is looking to appoint a qualified Year 1 / Year 2 Teacher from the start of the new academic year.
The Headteacher is flexible on the year group, as there may be some movement across Key Stage 1 depending on the successful candidate's strengths and experience.
This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right teacher. The school is happy to consider candidates looking for either a permanent opportunity or a long-term role.

What you'll be doing:
Teaching within Year 1 or Year 2, depending on the school's requirements
Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Contributing to the wider life of the school
What we're looking for:
A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Someone who is enthusiastic, nurturing and passionate about helping children succeed
