At the heart of child growth and development is a fantastic nutritional diet, here at Coombe Day Nursery we are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery to help support our Nursery in providing the highest quality of food for our fun and amazing children.
Situated in Norbiton (near Kingston Upon Thames) Coombe Day Nursery is a growing and impactful nursery rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. This is a fast-growing nursery with a broad range of opportunities to make a huge impact from day one.
About the Role:
- Ownership of organisation, food preparation and delivery for our weekly menu.
- Responsible for food hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen area.
- The organisation of appropriate meals / substitute meals according to dietary requirements.
- This role is working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
About You:
- You will be an experienced Cook/Chef with an understanding of nutritional importance within early years settings.
- A great positive attitude.
- Able to work independently but also collaboratively across the broader nursery team.
- An understanding of food hygiene/kitchen cleanliness standards accordingly to government guidelines.
