Car Valeter / Forecourt Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Car Valeter to join our friendly, small team at our busy used car dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard for sale and handover.
- Washing, vacuuming and polishing vehicles.
- Moving and parking vehicles safely around the forecourt.
- Keeping the showroom and forecourt clean and tidy.
- Assisting with general site duties as required.
What we're looking for:
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Confidence in manoeuvring a variety of cars safely around the forecourt.
- Someone who is hardworking, reliable and takes pride in their work.
- The ability to work well as part of a small team and also use their own initiative.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Applicants must meet our motor trade insurance driving requirements.
Experience in vehicle valeting is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
