Duties
- Design and deliver tailored tutoring sessions in English, Maths, and Science to meet individual student needs
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Create a positive, motivating learning environment that encourages active participation
- Communicate clearly with students and parents about learning goals, progress, and areas for improvement
- Support students with special educational needs by adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and feedback
- Foster a love for learning by making lessons engaging, interactive, and relevant
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching core academic subjects
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable way
- Experience working with children or young learners across different age groups
- Knowledge of special education strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Ability to motivate students and build their confidence in challenging subjects
- Organized with excellent time management skills to plan effective lessons

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
