Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookstore operations, customer service workflows, and retail support activities
- Oversee stock organisation, inventory updates, product displays, and order coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal team members
- Monitor sales activity, customer feedback, service quality, and operational reports
- Support online listing updates, promotional activities, and product information accuracy
- Prepare reports, schedules, documentation, and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure store activities follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace guidelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in retail operations, bookstore management, customer service, inventory coordination, sales support, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, customers, online sales platforms, or retail service teams is an advantage

Pay: £38,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
