We make the digital products that get major infrastructure built safely. 4D sequences, animated method statements, interactive models, procedures people can actually follow. Tunnelling, heavy civil, transport. Behavioural science underneath all of it.
The job
Run digital production projects end to end. Take a client problem, scope it, brief the modellers and animators and developers, hold the schedule and the budget, and put the result in front of the client yourself. You write as well as manage: scripts, procedures, method statements, the words that make the pictures mean something.
You will be in front of clients from early on. Not selling in a slick way. Doing good work in front of people who then want more of it. Coached, not thrown in.
What you need
Track record delivering complex technical or creative projects to deadline and budget. Construction or civils in your background. You know what a lift plan is, what an exclusion zone is for, why sequencing matters. You can write clearly. Genuinely clearly, under time pressure. Comfortable in front of a client, without the ego. AI fluent. You already work this way and it shows in what you get through.
Helps, not essential
Unreal Engine, 4D tools, P6. Health and safety qualifications. Tier 1 or major consultancy time.
