Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Chief Property Delivery Officer (CPDO) is a key role within the Executive Leadership Team, working collaboratively with other members in strategic leadership and delivery of Andium Homes’ current and future Strategic Business Plans.
The role leads in the delivery of all regeneration and new build projects, ensuring time, cost and quality metrics are met, driving efficiencies wherever possible. The CPDO will be Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for all development projects in the delivery phases of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) project stages.
