The Role
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Water Dispenser Installer / Service Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a varied role involving the installation, servicing and repair of both mains-fed (POU) and bottled water dispensers at customer premises. You'll also assist with water deliveries when required, ensuring our customers continue to receive the excellent service Aquaid is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Install mains-fed (POU) and bottled water dispensers.
- Diagnose, service and repair water dispensers.
- Carry out planned maintenance and fault finding.
- Support the delivery team during busy periods.
- Complete all work safely, professionally and to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service at every visit.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Basic plumbing experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good practical and fault-finding skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience installing or servicing water coolers or similar equipment.
- Experience working in field service or maintenance.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts only
- Busiest periods, in the summer.
