We’re looking for Care Workers local to Wareham and the surrounding areas who want to become part of a friendly, supportive team and grow with our company.
The ideal candidate will:
- Live locally to Wareham or surrounding areas
- Have a full driving licence and own vehicle
- Be reliable, caring and compassionate
- Have previous care experience (preferred)
- Be passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Be willing to learn and develop

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and independence.
- Support clients in managing medication routines and adhering to care plans tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to foster a positive environment.
- Perform light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping assistance to maintain a safe and welcoming home.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, updates on client condition, and any incidents or concerns in accordance with organisational protocols.
- Use your driving skills to transport clients safely to appointments, social outings, or errands as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for safe transportation of clients.
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Basic IT skills for documenting care activities accurately using electronic systems.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising client safety.
