Share the Care with Laura LTD is seeking friendly, reliable and motivated individuals to provide care and companionship to individuals living in their own homes, across Pembrokeshire.
This role includes taking individuals out in to the community, so therefore, you must have business insurance and a full, clean, driving licence.
Personal care and medication required for some individuals.
This is a rewarding role, where you will build up a positive relationship with the clients you support, assisting them to live well at home as well as access activities within the community.
NVQ 2 preferred or must be willing to work towards. Social Care Wales Registration required upon joining.
Share the Care with Laura LTD operates between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday-Sunday and does involved weekend working.
