Recruiting: Youth Worker in Hemel Hempstead
We are looking for motivated, passionate, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team of Youth Workers, providing residential care to children with complex and challenging needs. You will be based at our residential home in Hemel Hempstead.
Full time - a 36 hour contract £23,868, typically work two 24 hour shifts a week with an occasional 12hr shift, can earn up to £31,800 per annum. Shifts are flexible and many of our staff enjoy the opportunity to fit their hours around studying or caring commitments. You need to have at least 5 days of availability but only work two of these days and to work every other weekend.
We offer development training and career progression. All candidates must have a car and driving licence and undergo an enhanced DBS check to ensure candidates are suitable to work with children.
