We're looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to join our growing team in Middleton. This is not a typical call centre role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers succeed, and delivering outstanding service every day.
Working with independent retailers and retail chains, you'll be responsible for supporting customers, driving engagement with our ordering platform, and helping retailers grow their business.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Building strong relationships with retail customers over the phone.
2. Deliver customer service excellence.
3. Supporting retailers with account queries and product information.
4. Encouraging retailers to register for and use our ordering app.
5. Driving customer orders through the platform.
6. Identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.
7. Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
8. Working towards individual and team performance targets.
