Positions Available:
- 1 x Day Shift
- 2 x Waking Night Shift
- New Home Pending Registration (Start Date to be Confirmed)
Hours: You will be required to work 44 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Day shifts are typically 8:00 am – 8:30 pm.
- Waking night shifts are typically 8:00 pm – 8:30 am.

We specialise in caring for children aged 6 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, providing a structured and compassionate environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.
The Role:
We're excited to expand our team and invite applications for a Senior Residential Support Worker.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children and young people within one of our homes. Successful applicants will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care, promote positive outcomes, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide supervision, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
● Act as a Key Worker, supporting children’s care plans and overall well-being.
● Lead shifts, ensuring the smooth running of the home and effective teamwork.
●Complete checks and welfare monitoring in line with care plans
● Maintain a calm, structured, and secure environment
● Complete detailed and accurate records, including incident logs and handovers
● Respond appropriately to incidents, behaviours, or safeguarding concerns during the night
● Work independently while remaining alert and proactive throughout the shift
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting (within the last 5 years).
● Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
● A solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and the inspection process.
● Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
● Emotional resilience and experience working with children with challenging behaviours.
● Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
● Have worked in a childcare setting within the last 5 years.
Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
