Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pot Wash to join our team in a very busy hospitality environment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation for food preparation.
Hours - Monday & Wednesday 10am - 8.30pm, and Sunday 1-6pm, extra hours available to cover sickness and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean and wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils promptly
- Ensure all items are washed thoroughly and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Keep the kitchen area organised and tidy
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support efficient operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and hygiene practices is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
