KO Imports Ltd is a growing wholesale and e-commerce business based in Wickford, Essex, supplying customers across the UK.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our growing business in a varied warehouse and operations role.

The Role
This is a varied role covering warehouse operations, Amazon order fulfilment, deliveries and basic administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Preparing and dispatching Amazon and online orders
* Receiving and checking deliveries
* Loading and unloading stock
* Organising and maintaining the warehouse
* Stock control and inventory checks
* Driving the company van to make customer deliveries
* Loading the van safely and planning delivery routes
* Completing basic delivery notes and paperwork
* Printing labels and preparing delivery documentation
* Using a computer for basic administration
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
* Helping improve warehouse systems and processes
* Assisting with the general day-to-day running of the business
Working Independently
This is an important part of the role.
Once you are fully trained and confident with the warehouse and order-picking processes, you will spend a large proportion of your working day working independently at the warehouse.
KO Imports is a small, growing business rather than a large warehouse with a big team of people working alongside you. You will often be trusted to manage your own workload and get on with your day without constant supervision, this will require you to use initiative beyond the essential tasks to continue to push the business forward i.e. photographing new products for Amazon in between packing orders.
You will work closely with the business owner, who will be in and out of the warehouse throughout the day and available to provide support when needed.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, is self-motivated and takes pride in getting things done without needing to be constantly managed.
About You

Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Must be aged 25 or over due to company commercial vehicle insurance requirements
* Able to carry out physical warehouse duties
* Comfortable working independently
Experience
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery driving or e-commerce would be an advantage but is not essential.
Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
* Amazon / Amazon FBA
* Warehouse operations
* Delivery driving
* Stock control
* Basic computer administration
* Trade or plumbing products
* Forklift driving
Full training will be provided to the right person.
