Pineapple Property Services is a fast-growing property maintenance company in Bournemouth, working with letting agents, landlords and the social housing sector across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch — voids and tenancy turnarounds, reactive maintenance, bathroom and kitchen replacements and full refurbishments. We've built a strong reputation on doing things properly and at pace, and we're growing fast.
The role
We need a genuinely skilled all-rounder to take on the technical work start to finish — the jobs that can't wait. One day it's a void turnaround and a quick, clean redecoration to hit a tenancy deadline; the next it's a full bathroom rip-out or a kitchen install. You'll work to the day's priorities and get on with it — plenty of responsibility, systems in place to help you succeed, and no one breathing down your neck.
What you'll be doing (solo, or as part of a team to a finish)
- Full bathroom replacements — rip-out to final seal
- Kitchen installations — units, worktops, the works
- First- and second-fix carpentry — doors, skirting, joinery
- General plumbing — taps, traps, leaks, isolating valves and more
- Complete flat redecoration — quick, clean whitewashes for tenancy turnarounds, done to time
- Everything in between — reactive repairs and void works, from an odd-job day to a full week on one project
What we need from you
- A proven multi-trader who can do all the above to a high standard, on your own
- Property maintenance experience — voids, quick tenancy turnarounds and reactive work, and the pace it runs at (our work is often needed yesterday)
- Fast, energetic and reliable — you take the rough with the smooth, the humble jobs and the big ones
- Full UK driving licence — essential, no exceptions
- Not a plodder — if you like to tick quietly through the day, this one isn't for you
