We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Support executive to join our growing team at Invicta TCG.
This is an office-based role focused on providing excellent support to both our retail and wholesale customers. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, assisting our wholesale customers with their accounts and orders, and following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
We are looking for someone who communicates confidently and professionally, is comfortable dealing with customers by email and telephone, and can stay organised while managing multiple enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer service emails and enquiries
- Managing and responding to wholesale customer enquiries
- Assisting wholesale customers with their accounts, orders and general queries
- Contacting customers regarding overdue or outstanding invoices
- Following up on payments and maintaining accurate records
- Sending payment reminders and payment information where required
- Liaising with other members of the team to resolve customer and order issues
- Keeping customer communications professional, friendly and timely
- Carrying out general administrative tasks relating to customer and wholesale accounts
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service or administrative experience would be beneficial, but we are more interested in finding someone who is reliable, confident, organised and has excellent communication skills.
You should be comfortable speaking to customers about outstanding payments when necessary and able to handle these conversations politely but confidently.
Good written English, attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.
Hours of work will be Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
