Ebb is an intimate, high-end new opening focused on stunning seasonal small plates, exceptional wines and refined cocktails in a unique coastal setting.
We’re building a small, quality-driven team and are looking for a hands-on bartender.
About You
- Experience in a premium restaurant
- Strong wine knowledge (WSET desirable)
- Cocktail experience
- Weekend and evening availability essential
- Friday and Saturday evenings

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using proper time management skills to keep service smooth during busy hours.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong understanding of food safety and responsible serving practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and current industry trends is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
