Ken Booth & Co Ltd is a leading distributor of cleaning, hygiene, catering and workplace supplies across East Anglia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team and help generate new business opportunities while supporting existing customers.
The Role
This is a proactive sales role focused on outbound calling, appointment setting, lead generation and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our field sales team to create opportunities, generate quotations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Generate appointments and qualified opportunities for the field sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Produce and follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Promote new products, services and business initiatives
- Accurately update CRM systems and maintain customer records
- Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs
What We Are Looking For
- Previous telesales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident making outbound calls and handling objections
- Self motivated with a positive and resilient attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Team player with the ability to work independently

Starting salary of £28000 rising to £29000 following successful completion of probation period
