The post holder will work as part of a team of seven StR Higher doctors and will participate in the second on call rota. The post holder will have approximately four/five clinics and four operating sessions per week, plus admin sessions. The post offers the successful candidate experience in clinical research, teaching and assessment of medical students and clinical experience in Otolaryngology in a department with a wide range of sub-specialisation.

The ENT STR Higher is an excellent opportunity for an ENT trainee with an interest in academic ENT Surgery to enhance their clinical credentials.
The successful candidate will join a team of 7 other middle grade doctors in the ENT department including 3 Specialist Registrars, a Rhinology Fellow and 2 Trust grade doctors. They will receive training in theatres, outpatient clinics and contribute to the middle grade on call rota.
