Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food safety practices by handling dishes carefully and adhering to hygiene protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations and transaction processing
- Experience with kitchen operations or culinary environments is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a lively setting

Pay: £12.71-£19.55 per hour
