Duties
- Assist with lead generation efforts by sourcing potential candidates through social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks
- Support the maintenance and updates of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to ensure accurate candidate data management
- Coordinate communication with applicants, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate smooth recruitment workflows
- Manage job postings across social media channels and company websites to attract diverse talent pools
- Contribute to relationship management initiatives by engaging with prospective candidates and maintaining talent pipelines
- Support the scheduling of interviews and onboarding activities for new hires
- Help prepare recruitment reports and documentation to track progress and improve processes
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, team members, and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms for recruiting purposes
- Demonstrated interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team player eager to learn about lead generation, relationship management, and HR technology tools
- Prior experience or coursework related to salesforce or social media management is a plus
