- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods without compromising service quality
- Support store organization by keeping shelves stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer experience
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; multilingual skills are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays and stock levels
- Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and customer service best practices
- Experience in retail or sales environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to upsell products naturally
