Multi Trader
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Multi Trader, you will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties. You should be confident working across multiple trades while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of general building maintenance and repairs.
- Undertake work including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and other associated trades.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and colleagues.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role.
- Good understanding of all aspects of a Multi Trader's responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
