PROPERTY MANAGER :- £27,000 OTE
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our successful lettings team in our Sherwood branch. We are looking for a confident and well organised property professional to complete property inspections, report maintenance and complete administration tasks for our lettings management service. Company car to be used during working hours.
You will be expected to:
- Organise and book property inspections as part of the management of the property portfolio
- Report and organise property maintenance for any issues found, track works and ensure all issues are closed down or completed in a timely manner.
- Complete inspection reports with photographs
- Liaise with Tenants and Landlords over email, phone and in person
- Organise and complete safety certificates
- Raise tenancy documents, complete rent increases and notice documents
Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills along with being organised and show good attention to detail;
- They will have a flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity; Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a lettings or property management role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and are well organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence is essential
