One of the leading large format printers in the UK are hiring a Graphic Designer/Artworker to join the team in our production facility in north Manchester. The role will focus on all aspects of signage and print design for a wide range of clients and materials/applications.
The position is mainly focused on creating print ready artwork from customer briefs but you will also be involved in order processing and ensuring the smooth running of all orders. We have a very varied client base ranging from individual customers with one off orders, to large companies who hold accounts with us, so a working day will be varied and require the successful candidate to utilise a range of skills on a daily basis.

Essential Skills:
- Strong Graphic Design skills and good knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong communication skills from someone who is comfortable dealing directly with a range of clients to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Able to develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- IT literate with good general numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to direct and manage your own workload
- GCSE Maths and English A-C grade
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the printing industry, particularly large format signage
- Understanding of print resolution, media and product finishing
- Driving license
