Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Sales Executive to support the growth of our service offering. This role combines sales and account management responsibilities with a strong focus on promoting service contracts and maintenance solutions to both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, generating and following up on quotes and building long-term relationships to support recurring revenue. The role plays a key part in driving service sales performance while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Sales & Account Management
- Promote and sell service contracts, one-off service visits and engineer callouts.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate service opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support customers with advice on repair versus replacement options.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts to encourage repeat business and contract renewals.
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Act on incoming customer leads, ensuring timely follow up and conversion.
- Prepare, issue and follow up on service quotations.
- Track outstanding quotes and proactively engage customers to secure orders.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide monthly forecasts based on activity and trends.
Systems & Administration
- Use CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage accounts, contact, opportunities and quotes.
- Ensure all customer interactions and updates are accurately recorded.
- Process customer orders and update internal systems as required.
- Liaise with scheduling teams to manage service delivery timelines and customer expectations.
- Work with the wider sales team where customers are considering replacement options.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional customer-focused approach.
- Highly motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments as well as independently.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
