We’re looking for a full-time short-form social editor to edit premium IG Reels and TikToks for fashion led creator content.
This is for a new creator growth project focused on helping fashion and lifestyle creators grow through better short-form content, stronger hooks, cleaner edits and platform-native storytelling.
This is not a role for someone trying to get into fashion.
This is not a part-time side gig.
This is not a long-form YouTube, wedding, corporate or traditional video role.
We need someone who is already short-form native and can show relevant creator/social edits.
What you’ll do
- Edit IG Reels and TikToks for fashion led creators
- Turn raw creator footage into polished, engaging short-form content
- Work from briefs, hooks, shot lists and content structures
- Add tasteful captions, pacing, music, transitions and visual rhythm
- Keep edits premium, modern and platform-native
- Protect the creator’s aesthetic and brand identity
- Give feedback when raw footage needs improving
- Be active in the creative process, not just “follow instructions”
Must have
- Strong portfolio of short-form creator/social edits
- Experience with fashion, styling, outfit, GRWM, lifestyle, beauty, influencer or premium UGC content
- Short-form editing must be your current main professional work
- Strong taste in pacing, music, typography and visuals
- Understanding of Reels/TikTok retention and mobile-first editing
- Full-time availability
- Reliable turnaround and communication
Not for you if
- You only do captions/subtitles
- You mainly edit long-form content
- You do not have current Reels/TikToks/Shorts examples
- You are mainly a fashion enthusiast but not an experienced editor
- You are only available part-time around another job
Important
Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
Please only apply if you can show examples of fashion, beauty, makeup, lifestyle or influencer short-form content you have personally edited.
Pay: £48,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- Please share a portfolio link showing fashion short-form edits.
- Tell us about a time the raw footage was unclear or missing a strong hook/payoff. What did you do, and how did you flag it?
- What is the highest weekly volume of 30–60 second creator edits you have personally delivered, and what did the turnaround/revision process look like?
- How do you approach editing messy creator-shot footage differently from polished fashion campaign footage? Please give a specific example
